Time to check out Family Feud they put this at a really interesting time. Putting it at 6:30 on a port day when all aboard time is also 6:30 they do have like four other showings plus an “After Dark” version at midnight I really wanna check that out.

Sail away from Cozumel

Protip don’t be at the very forward of Serenity at Sail away/Horn Salutes/ and the Emergency test on embarkation.

 

You may or may not have Ear drums after.

Also during sail away I did notice some smoke coming from the Funnel, But it wasn’t pitch black like the ships with pure Diesel engines. And you only notice it when the engines are under stress when pushing off from docks ext. Just some things I have noticed

Prime Beef tartar compliments of the chef with Parm bread and homemade Olive oil bread.

 

And I started with calamari

ambiance was amazing until these two couples showed up apparently friends and instead of sitting together they are sitting apart yelling at each other

Moving on, I also tried the seafood bisque and honestly? Tasted just like the Lobster bisque out of the Steakhouse to me they just added shrimp and crab and scallops meat into it.

I am not going to lie I got slightly disappointed at the size of my surf and turf Steak but nonetheless the steak and Lobster tail were amazing and that crab risotto is to die for.

 

Up next Desert aka the White chocolate bread pudding.

The white chocolate bread pudding was amazing.

 

I honestly wasn’t overly impressed I think the steakhouse and the Italian place is still better to be. It was good just not as good as the steakhouse since they are charging the same cost for it.

So after dinner I checked out the center stage juggler and he was really good and then I went back to my room to charge my phone and watch some tv before coming down for Family Feud. Well when I got back up and walked out of my room I was zigzagging down the corridor lol I am 100% sober too lol. Ship movement always seems to get bad after rounding the corner of Cozumel and heading into open ocean. I dunno why but I am feeling the movement tonight.

Thanks for the review and pics. We'll be getting on the ship right after you get off!!  A couple questions: On elegant night were many people really dressed up or mostly casual? Have you checked out the roller coaster yet? I've wondered if they have run it at all with the rain you've been having. Have a great time and keep the helpful information coming.

Most were semi causal but a lot of people dressed to the nines. I have not done the roller coaster
