bala1130 Posted September 28, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2021 I have an upcoming cruise on the Allure. I have a combination of Refundable and Non-Refundable OBC. I'm assuming on the ship Royal will use up all Non-Refundable OBC before using any of the Refundable OBC. Is this a correct assumption?
nelblu Posted September 28, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 28, 2021 That is the way it was handled for me. Also, at end if there's any refundable balance, I was able to cash and use it towards add'l gratuity. They must have done away with the WOW envelopes as they weren't available on Oasis Sept. 5 sail. Is this a correct assumption? yes, non refundable is used first. I went the last night to GS and cashed out my refundable. CaroleC Posted September 28, 2021 #6 Share Posted September 28, 2021 How can I find out if my OBC is refundable or non-refundable?

It doesn't really matter as you can cash out the non refundable as well.

Not as easily as going up to GS and requesting it, though -- you have to get credit at the casino through your room account, then cash that out. When you are on the ship, on your account on TV or your cell phone there will be a R or NR next to your OBC. R = Refundable, NR = non-refundable. It may not show up on your account until day 2.
