Missed online check-in

Friends of ours who are newbs to cruising didn't realize you had to do online checking. They sail Sat and now it's closed.

 

They plan to call MSC first thing in the morning, but does anyone have any experience with this?

 

This is a US sailing out of FL.

Check in at the terminal, not a problem....they won't be the only guests doing so. 😉

I have never check in before going to the pier. Never had any problems.

I think it’s still a good idea for them to call MSC today, especially with all of the Covid protocols etc.

They did call...MSC emailed them their tickets so I think they are good.

 

I'm the opposite, arrived in town today for my cruise tomorrow...everything on my phone AND printed out...I'm ready to relax in Top Sail

I’m like you super organized with everything printed out and on phone for backup when we arrive at terminal.

Meraviglia. Even tho I was just on her back in Aug I can't wait. That 3 day felt unfulfilling...I need a solid 7 at least 😀

Enjoy the cruise! Venturing out the YC enclave, there is an ice cream bar aft on one of the high decks where the kids water slides etc. are. On starboard side, tucked in beside the water fountains etc. It's chargeable, but should be free to YC guests, so stand your ground as we did and ask for the bar manager if necessary.

 

After the pain of doing it first time, it's a breeze! Not quite Venchi TBF, but waaaaaaaaaaay better than the usual standard offering, with a good selection of flavours....enjoy!
