Profession wait staff dancing for the passengers.  Just no. They are very gracious.

Appetizers 

shrimp 9/10- cold, flavorful, excellent cocktail sauce.  Nailed it.

meatballs - 8/10 - great flavor- could taste the Italian sausage.  Great sauce.

mozzarella sticks- 9/10 creamy, not frozen sooo much better than most!  Sauce could have been better.

Caesar salad- 7/10 crisp lettuce, dressing lacked flavor.

Thanks for the great updates!  We are sailing on the Sunrise Oct 23rd.  Have you been to any of the evening shows in the theater yet?  Curious if there are any that we need to make sure we go see.

Anyone following - internet is TERRIBLE!!!  Here’s a speed test. So I can’t post live- I get small windows if internet.. I’m sorrry!

Picking up last night at entrees.

Entrees we’re a win!  
Tenderloin with red wine reduction and potatoes. 7/10 - great flavor, cut of meat a little stringy.  Sauce and potatoes outstanding.

salmon cakes- 7/10 - flavorful.  Texture odd.  Wilted spinach from a can?

vegetarian Indian- 8/10- lentils, okra and eggplant dish.  Feel sure there is an Indian grandma cooking all day to serve that!

Dessert was also nice.  
Chocolate melting cake-10/10.  Always a winner!

Bitter snd Blanc bread pudding- 5/10.  It was Dry- don’t recommend.

Latin nights - exceeded expectations.  Carnival seems to have upped their production quality.  Only 30 minutes but we loved it. High energy, songs you know, good talent.

There are USBs over the bed headboard.  Two regular plugs on desk.

Sunrise Band is a reason to sail on this ship!  They are legit!!  They played 80s set that brought down the house!! You must see them in red frog pub!!

Alchemy was fun!  A Remedy, Pain Relief and a n odd concoction with lavender and rosemary.

Bingo was a bust.  $48 for three games.  Took about 20 minutes to lose!   It was mostly a commercial to buy other things.
