clo Posted October 11, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2021 I was hoping for some replies so I would know what IS the chef's table?
BklynBoy8 Posted October 16, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 16, 2021 We know of the concept on land based restaurants. Quite a number of dishes with a moderate amount of food with a paired wine selected for the dish. And we were offered to try one once but we are diners that like a traditional menu and make our own choices. If you are interesting in trying different selections with accompanied wines, why not try it and see you like it. Sound very culinary adventure. We've had plenty of "tasting menus" and loved them. Sometime they'll offer two or three choices for each course and there will be three or four courses But that's on land. Perhaps @pooh57 will tell us what it is.

Never heard of it being offered on cruise. Land based was one selection for each course with 'accompanied wine. And a total of 8 courses. Menu could be asked and reviewed earlier in the afternoon and then make reservation since selections from from Farm to Table prepared.

We are accustom to the traditional menus offered on board. Quite a bit to consume in a evening dinner time.

What we did with a chef we know is that we shared one meal and then had two wine supplements.
