Best Hilton Hotel in Miami post-cruise

My husband and I are staying over one night after our cruise out of Miami. This will be my first time in Miami and am looking for the best experience for our post-cruise one day/night stay.

 

We prefer Hilton brand. Any recommendations on which Hilton property in Miami Beach that will allow us ample opportunity to explore the water, stores, etc? We will not have a car, so walking, bus, trolley, uber, etc will be used.

Conrad is the best hotel. Hampton Brickell is a nice Hampton,  gives you access to all sorts of transportation. Just not the beach.

As usual CruiserBruce has it right.

 

You can easily walk to things if you like to walk and there are other means of transportation.

 

I like this part of downtown Miami.

It's located in a quieter part of downtown, but I would consider the Doubletree - some rooms offer a view of the port and the pool area is great!

We stayed at the Hampton in the Brickell area. We arrived the day before our Oct 2 cruise and stayed again when our Saturday flight out was delayed until Monday.  Nice hotel with a good breakfast.  Many restaurants around the area.  We enjoyed Coyo Taco which is just across the street.  The grouper tacos are great.  Also you can get on the Metromover for free and enjoy the area.  We road down to the Bayside Market area. Neat area to visit.

And I just read today the Conrad is leaving the Hilton family.
