BS....the Binax that should have been proctored came back negative.  That's good enough. If it was proctored then you would have had the proper results via email to get you on the ship.  Obviously the girl who did the false positive test screwed up. 

I would not let the incompetence of someone else deny me of my vacation and I would not lose any sleep whatsoever over lying about a false positive test.
