There’s an extensive collection of Bigelow teas in the Lido (buffet), however, if you have the drink package, there are also Tazo teas available here included with your beverage package. Without the package, a large hot tea is $3.00 at the Explorations Café.

If not too much trouble, could you describe/photo what the process/machine looks like for the Coke Freestyle and are they in multiple places.  Thank you so much for all your posts and pictures, they are fantastic and I am really enjoying following your thread.

WiFi seems fine. I mean, it’s cruise ship WiFi, so it’s definitely not speedy, but no real complaints so far.

I AM, however, having some trouble with Cruise Critic. I’m still logged in (or at least it shows that I am on the site), but it won’t allow me to post. I’m having to logout, clear my browsing history, and sign in again almost every time.

I’ve switched between Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and it’s a continuous issue. So I definitely think it’s CC related.

Yup. I had a difficult time with logging in as well.  There’s an ongoing thread about all the log in and staying logged in issues.   Very frustrating.

I enjoy the exploration lattes and the Dutch Cafe ones as well-I think it’s a caramel macchiato I get-been almost 2 years since we’ve been on a HAL ship I forget!  Dutch Cafe has the yummy ginger type cookies too.

We headed to Explorations Café this morning for the good coffee. Mark decided to try a vanilla latte. I got an iced mocha. Both were very good.

Are the specialty coffees in the Dutch Cafe and the Explorations Cafe included in the drink package?

(Thank you for the information on the hotel in San Diego.).

Sure. I’ll look for them around the ship. I haven’t even noticed them before now, so I don’t know if I haven’t been near one, or just overlooked it. I’ll see.

Yes. Specialty coffees are included. Small or large. And you can even get the flavored syrup or an extra shot of espresso.

Side note: They offer almond milk for anyone who prefers a non-dairy alternative.

I took this photo a couple years ago as I wandered around the ship but I can’t remember where it was located on the ship.  There was a pop one and a beer one I think?

Yes that is exactly what they look like in restaurants here.  I just wondered how they regulate both the paying/drink card and the self-service aspect of it.  Thank you for posting the picture.

Figured the photo may help with locating it, lol!
Will be interesting for some for the answer to this.  Not all will have the HIA promotion.

Okay. I think these are the same ones canadianbear posted. They are located on the pool deck (lido) right next to the bar.

I will let you know if we see any more.

Yea!!! Fitness Center opens at 6am!!! (Previous rumors had it moving to 7am.)

We were up very early this morning and walked by the fitness center around 6:30 am. Saw people on treadmills already, so it looks like that’s right.

@aring75 thank you for your fantastic "live" from the K-Dam 🙂  we'll be on board Thanksgiving week..

may I ask if masks are required on board?  Trying to gauge how many to pack...  so far, haven't received any info from HAL...thanks in advance!

Hi cruise kitty. Yes, they are requiring masks onboard. The general rule seems to be, If you are walking, wear your mask. It’s okay to remove while seated at a dining table or lounging at the pool. However, they are still requesting social distancing.

Also, some venues require a mask. Like the casino and on elevators.

We received this health advisory information sheet when we boarded. (I have no idea why it’s so wrinkled, sorry!)
