Good grief, how do you choose from such a menu!  I could just have appetizers!  I'd have to choose between the sashimi and the tuna tartar, but then I'd have to have the shiu mai as well! And lobster tempura!  Oh my, can't wait 'til next summer!

We ordered more than three appetizers and three main courses. And, we shared… that’s how we do it.. it’s impossible to limit yourself in Pacific Rim.

I wonder if they will give you smaller portions. I see at least 10 items I would want to try, plus DH is not really good about sharing, or there might be some items I would want, but he would not.

Luckily when it comes to Asian cuisine of all sorts, we almost always share, so that's a plus.  But I'm thinking that they'll do smaller portions for you.
