It seems you can’t use your on board credit in the cruise planner anymore .

Has anyone had that experience?

Unfortunately we don’t have any for our next cruise 😢 but I do have lots of USD from cashing out in the casino 😉

What I don’t like about booking in the Cruise Planner with OBC pre cruise is if I goes down for my cruise booking and I take the price drop and I then lose the OBC. But have to pay the higher price for my shore excursion.
Last cruise I bought a Picton excursion for  $150. After getting the new cruise price I had to pay $210 to go on the shore excursion. Because I had no OBC.

Did you know that beforehand?.

That's why you need to work out if getting the price drop is worth losing the OBC I suppose.

Social Media reports.

“SPECTRUM OF THE SEAS TO LEAVE SINGAPORE AFTER TWO-YEAR HOMEPORT, RETURNS TO CHINA 2024

Royal Caribbean will return to China in 2024, with Quantum Ultra-class cruise ship #SpectrumOfTheSeas. The cruise line will offer 4 to 8-night cruises from Shanghai's Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal to Japan, with the inaugural sailings taking place during the holiday period in May.

Itineraries will go on sale in July.“

Hmm, I guess that all but confirms Anthem to Singapore after the Southampton 2024 season. But what will sail from Singapore between May and Anthem's arrival?

Actually, just answered my own question. From Singapore Cruise Society on Facebook

"

A NEW SHIP FOR SINGAPORE?
Royal Caribbean has also announced today #AnthemOfTheSeas will be taking over the baton as Singapore’s home ship as #SpectrumOfTheSeas redeploys to Shanghai in 2024.
She will bring to the market for the first time, a full threatrical production #WeWillRockYou, Two70 spectacular #SpectraCabaret and the classic #JohnnyRockets.
Royal Caribbean Singapore did not however share an opening date for reservations, though stating ‘in the coming weeks’."

So that does looks like Singapore won’t have a Royal Caribbean ship for 6 months .

Spectrum will leave by next May to go to china and Anthem should be due in Singapore late 2024.

That doesn’t add up ,Singapore won’t be happy about that .

Do you think Utopia is going to bump Wonder out of Port Canaveral to the pacific?

Does this mean Singapore is making much money for Royal?

It will be interesting to see if Anthem does Alaska or Beijing in the Oz Winter?

And what about Hong Kong ?

I know I’m getting like a broken record but there must be another ship.
Anthem must be just a temporary thing for Singapore ,it’s a cold weather ship. It will end up in Alaska or N.Z.

Chili great price. I couldn’t get even close!

C&A discount with a local online agent.
I got an obstructed on deck 6 just above the diamond lounge, great for that morning cappuccino.

Some don’t have any obstructions and got one , I like the lower decks, midship as they are more stable.
