FCD and PCL Cancellation Fees

PCL website states that FCDs canceled "after final payment are subject to cancellation fees in accordance with published cancellation terms".

I cannot find PCL's cancellation fees - can someone offer how much of the $100 FCD is reduced by cancellation fees if you cancel say 15 or 30 or 60 days before sailing?

Are you asking about FCDs, Future Cruise Deposits, or FCCs, Future Cruise Credits. They are not subject to the same rules.

When the FCD is used for a deposit it becomes a cash payment subject to Princess' standard cancellation fees in effect at the time. You can find the current policy through April 30, 2022 at the site below. There is no partial refund of the FCD deposit. If you cancel 75+ days out it is all refunded or returned to your FCD accounts. Between 45 and 74 days you lose the FCD deposit, $100/pp. Inside of 45 days you lose the deposit and part or all of the fare.
