Cancel a res w/o phone call

Called in and w/o much wait got a new biz rep and phone..reserved 2 cruises (2 and 4 weeks away) and asked for hold to check w/ DW.

DW said LETS GO, and reminded me that we have to future cruise deposits on a December cruise we will not be going on.

Could not find a way to cancel and move online, so now I am holding for support desk.

Anyone know of a work around so I can get off needless hold?

No you have to call for that

there is no way to cancel on line. You need to call or chat to cancel. However, if you didn’t put a deposit down the bookings ( and rep didn’t use your FCD or FCC to hold it) the booking will automatically cancel in three days  ( in real life sometimes it takes 5 days).
