Special Need Requests

We're going on our first Celebrity cruise after trying many other cruise lines and can't wait!

Is there an email address for requests such as: Distilled water to be used in a CPap machine, a sharps container, and a medical mini refrigerator? Thank you in advance for your replies.

I don't have an email, however you could try calling 800-280-3423, which is their pre and post cruise customer service number. Failing that the general reservations number 800-437-311 can probably note your reservation accordingly.

Your requests are common ones and failing a pre-board arrangement, guest services once boarded can assist as well and will have your needs arranged in your stateroom quickly. We were traveling with another couple one time who by the time they got to their stateroom guest services had the concerns addressed.

If you are using a TA, they can also assist with this.

Note, your steward can also supply an extension cord..should you need one. You might even ask them to tape it down..so that you don't trip on it in the middle of the night. We had one do that for us on a trip and it was a nice touch.

Do not bring an extension cord with you. If you do it'll be confiscated from your luggage. Be sure to add extension cord to your special needs request. We emailed a list of our requests to special_needs@celebrity.com and received a confirmation reply from special needs a couple days later. Everything was waiting for us in the cabin when we arrived. Have a nice trip!

My DH always brings a short UL listed cord in his cpap bag and has never had it confiscated.  Granted he keeps it with him during embarkation, so that might make a difference.

CEL-Special-Needs-Form-Revised-062221 (celebritycruises.com)

Use link above for the form to order distilled water and an extension cord.  No charge!

Holland just charged me $5.00 for expired distilled water.

If you are staying a suite the shoreside concierge can also assist.

Cheers!

🥂
