Yes I prefer W1.  Really they are all good.  We’ve had 5&6 on the other side too.  At that time they had a ladder to enter the water vs walkout steps for 1/2.

 Water was a bit cold for our liking yesterday so we didn’t go very far out in the water.

Yesterday there was a medical emergency requiring a passenger to be life flighted off the ship by the coast guard.  (non covid related)  Hope they are getting the care they required and on the way to recovery.

We are back to Port Canaveral. 😭 

Our flights to Pittsburgh were cancelled yesterday afternoon so that was a bit of a s*** show re organizing plans.

Safe travels home….those northern winter storms are quite the PITA, but some of us moved south decades ago to avoid that icy mess 😉.  Thanks for your Mariner info…we board on the 12th and look forward to some time at sea.

Thanks - can’t say enough about Mariner.  Loved the ship.  Great crew.  Great group of people onboard.  One of our top favorites so far.

 

One day I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up in FL close to a port.

Is there bar seating at Boleros and Playmakers?  Last time I was onboard you could not sit at the bar in those venues.  Boarding Tuesday

Now that you mention it.. no. We didn’t hang out at either of those much.  Schooner and The Pub did have bar seating.  Ellingtons had bar stools but they all had signs on them to not use them.

 Molly, not sure when the last time you were on was, but I was on in late December and there was no bar seating at either Boleros or Playmakers. Only Casino, Schooner, and the Pub. Ellingtons has bar seating in the club hours late at night.
