Issues contacting HAL today?

Anyone having issues contacting HAL today?  I’ve been trying to change flights for over 4 hours, I’ve been on hold over 90 minutes…

Yes!  My TA has not had any luck either…and they never have responded to emails😬

If you are outside of the penalty period you should be able to change your flights on line.  You can get into your Flight Ease reservation through your reservation info and use the modify option.  The online system lets you explore lots of options and prices.

I just talked to my PCC a few minutes ago to get the 72 hour promo added. He said it’s crazy so I’m lucky he called me back quickly!  Got the gratuities added so I’m a very happy person.

Literally just sent my PCC some questions and got a response in 10 minutes.

I had no problem reaching someone today, however my PCC was out sick so I had to call back and speak with the first available representative. I didn’t have to wait very long for someone to answer and was pleasantly surprised that she took as much time as necessary with me because I had several things to fix.
