Cabin # “unavailable” on day of boarding

Just looked at the app and see that it is showing “unavailable” for our cabin number on today’s sailing. I assume it is possible that we are receiving a last minute upgrade instead of just a glitch in the system. It looked fine when I checked last night. My concern is leaving bags with the porters that have our original cabin number. Has anyone had this experience?

This has happened to us a couple of times.  We just went to our original cabin and our bags were in the hallway.

So your cabin had not actually changed?

I think what @LACruiser88is saying is that they went to the new cabin, but then went to the original cabin and retrieved their bags from the hallway.  If you think you might have had your cabin changed, instead of just handing your bags to the porters, ask them to check your cabin number and if it is different, they can put tags with the new number on the bags.  EM

Thank you. I did not know that the porters can check cabin number

This has happened on my last 4 cruises, just go to your original cabin. 

I take a pic of the App a few days before so I don’t forget my cabin # knowing it won’t show the day I board.  
**My original cabin never changed, just doesn’t show on the App

Problem solved, cabin number reappeared!
