Casino Prestige cruises

Booked a Prestige cruise and didn't know how the perks unique to Prestige would work. For those like me, I recently got an email from prestigeplayers@princesscruises.com, giving me the options to pick from (airport pickup vs self parking etc.) So in summary, they contact you via email. You don't need to call the casino center (which I'd done) to find out how the heck they would pick me up drop me off etc. (some of the Prestige perks) without knowing your travel arrangements.

This is what my email said. "On embarkation day, visit your Executive Host in the casino for more information about your suit selection." But my offer (and my booking) is balcony. Does that mean I will be upgraded to a suit once onboard? Is that what happenned to you?

  We paid for the upgrade to a penthouse, they're only willing to go so far.

I am wondering how many days before your cruise you received the email asking which option you wanted...pick up or self parking?  Also, if you chose parking how did that work...I leave on Apr 4th and nobody at Princess seems to have any info on how this works! Thank you in advance :O)

Hi Palo, I responded to you in Cruise Casinos topic.

But we haven't gotten anything on Prestige details yet either. 

Its less than a month away.🤨

prestigeplayers@princesscruises.com contacted me three weeks before the cruise and I picked airport pickup. Then I was contacted by the local passenger pickup company, very smooth transaction. Forgot my cellphone in the car, had it back in my hands 15mn later. I'd imagine that you'd be reimbursed for your parking expenses by the casino hosts should you choose the parking option. Keep your receipt / quote.
