I was able to use it for (3) future already booked cruises today.  What was interesting was that out of my myself and entire family - my offer had the most Months able to use while my family who spends more time in the casino were a bit more limited.

In the end, what had me most excited (aside from this incredible deal) was getting 1/2 off 2 of our future Celebration & Mardi Gras cruises in the Excel Aft Suite 🥳

Awesome!  I almost fell out in the floor when I saw how much the new price of my Excel suite was.  Funny thing is, I was actually considering cancelling it a few days ago because I was having second thoughts about how expensive it was.  But now with the new price it's an unbelievable deal!

So glad you hadn't canceled - this shows that it was meant to be!

While incredibly pricey, we had the excel aft suite this past January on the Mardi Gras and for us realized to go back on the Mardi Gras or any excel class ship we'd now have to fork over a pretty penny and then some because the room/balcony absolutely spoiled us!

You're going to absolutely love that suite and even more so that you got it at such a deal!

With the sale we got a great price on an aft extended balcony on Celebration next October.  We have had aft balconies several times and love them. I’m just wondering did the summer landing and pool area on back affect your view from the aft balcony?

We were able to book two with this offer - one was my offer and one was husband’s.

Same here.  We booked Mardi Gras and Celebration for next year for less than the cost of the Mardi Gras cruise we had originally booked!  For those who may have the code, but haven't taken advantage of it, the offer ends today, March 12.

Yes this offer sure paid off for me as well. Great price on a Mid ship Balcony on the Celebration for Sept 2023. Also were taking the whole family including grandchildren (their first) on the Magic out of NY in July 2023. Was able between 3 offers to book a cluster of balcony and inside rooms all together on deck 8 mid ship. This is some thing we talked but but the sale cause us to Just Do It !!

Thank You Carnival Enjoy Your Icing on the Cake

I was thinking the same - that this was meant to be. 🙂 I normally wouldn't think to spend that much but I booked it as a surprise for our anniversary next year.  Now I can book even more cruises with the savings!

No, we didn't feel that way at all and we are are big Aft Balcony enjoyers too!

If anything, it sort of offered a 2 for 1 experience with having the wake and also so much people watching at the same time.  When you're standing at the railing to your balcony, you will be more exposed to neighbors and Summer Landing but once we were sitting in our chairs/loungers it was just straight water view.

We were on the starboard side on Deck 12 - and had a bit more noise due to the hot tubs on the side on deck 8 but that still didn't take away from our enjoyment - if anything it brought more entertainment.

As long as your expectations are adjusted to having a different sort of aft view from previous experiences - I think you'll find it just as enjoyable it a whole new way on a whole new ship 🙂

Oh man, I'm missing you by 1 week!!   I have May 14th (6 day) and May 20th(8 day) booked on Celebration.  Awesome you have 2 cruises in the interim to look forward to before your anniversary trip. Very much look forward to hearing your thoughts and enjoyment on the suite, ship and all the amenities!

Aww, that would've been cool, to be on the same sailing.  I'm sure you'll have a fabulous time on your B2B!

Us as well! We just booked an 8 day on the Dream out of Galveston in October going to Key West, Freeport, , Half Moon Cay and Nassau. We are super pumped as we've never been to any of those destinations. And to make things better, it came out to be $500 LESS(including gratuities) than we spent on our 7 day Vista cruise last August to Mahogany Bay, Belize, and Cozumel. 👍

We are pretty new to cruising..is this an uncommon sale?  I see a lot of people buying trips .I'm unsure if we should be taking advantage of this for a 2023 trip..advice?

Lindya, the reason so many people are buy these cruises is because they are such a good deal, AND an uncommon sale. We usually wait to book a cruise until after we get our tax refund. Not this time! We didn't want to run the risk that these good deals would be gone by the time we get our refund.

We just got off the Dream today.  Came home to check out another cruise as we are only 18 days from Diamond.   Found a transatlantic, 18 day Jubilee from Southampton to Galveston, but that was a bit long for us, so started looking at other Jubilee cruises.  Got a 7 day Standard spa balcony ( as opposed to cove) for 1306.74 total.  As we had FCC from three cancelled cruises we are doing this for a song.   Sooo happy I caught this special.

This is a fantastic deal - managed to score a couple of beauties: Carnival Pride 10 days Rome/Greece/Turkey round trip in Sep 2023, and Carnival Horizon ABC Island 8 days in Jan 2024 (with my wife's offer also).

The only problem is - too dang long to wait lol!!!

I found a great deal with the Icing on the Cake promo.  I booked a suite on deck 15 on the Celebration in January for $592.50 per person, plus taxes and port fees for a total of $1,477,72  I can't believe this deal!  We have never stayed in a suite because the cabin has never been important to us since it's usually just my husband and me.  But wow.  It will be a neat experience.

Congratulations everyone on the awesome deals!
