Port of Miami Parking

POM has very limited 3rd party parking locations....virtually nonexistant.  I live in Florida and would likely just park at the port and pay their expensive per day rates.  Alternately I would consider parking at Ft Lauderdale at Park n Go.  Take uber to the Brightline train for a 30 minute ride to Miami.  Brightline has a deal with uber or lyft to transport pax to the ship.  Complicated?  Yes. So we would probly just use the port facilities.

The terminal garage at POM is expensive but very convenient and very secure. It is $25 a day for 6 nights or more, and $28 a day for 5 nights or less.

Agree here.  Reviews of parking in downtown Miami are mixed.  We've done both.  Had reasonably good experience with  Park N Go but others had issues there, including a fellow cruiser that had keys "lost"  by Park N Go. Evidently they now let you park your own car.

Is the parking added to your hotel bill or is it actually free parking for eight nights? Do they provide shuttle service to the ship or is it an additional fee?

Parking is included in the room rate, transfers are $14 per person. Call and ask for the cruise and park rate
