Are ALL excursions on Half Moon Cay $$$

We just booked a 10 Panama cruise on the Eurodam for February 2023

In looking at available excursions on Half Moon Cay they ALL appear to be exorbitantly expensive. 
Any affordable options?  
Maybe closer to dates ????

Not sure what you call exorbitantly expensive.  There are 7 excursions that are under $50 on our January 28, 2023 11-Day Panama Canal Sunfarer.

You don't really need an excursion at HMC. It's just a lovely beach day with a yummy picnic lunch. We've probably been there 15 times and never taken an excursion. Enjoy!

What Charleston Lady said!  ^^^^^  The only excursion I can think of that is unique is the horseback riding.  Otherwise, just a great chill out day in a beautiful spot!

You can thoroughly enjoy yourself without an excursion.  I have done the excursions and did not find them expensive

or you can stay on the ship.  Much more enjoyable than getting sand everywhere and crowded bouncy tenders.

Make sure you are looking at all.  HAL tends to part forward the most expensive shore excursions first.  Look on the left side of the page and make sure all the filters are cleared.

I'm seeing lots of inexpensive excursions, starting as low as $19 for a guided nature walk.

 

That said, we've never bothered with an excursion and have simply enjoyed what the cay has to offer. We've walked the length and breadth of it and have enjoyed its natural beauty, especially once beyond the first few hundred yards where 99% of the passengers gather like sardines.
