RCI itself no, but there may be a testing lab at the port for a fee.

They have testing capabilities at the ports because they test the unvaxxed kids pre-cruise, from what I understand.  That said, if they do test you at the port I'm certain it costs $$$$.  Way easier to do it pre-cruise at CVS or Walgreens for free.

Test on boarding day

A last-resort option with LIMITED availability. Make an appointment to take your pre-cruise test with a mobile provider outside the terminal before you check in. Cost starts from $99 per person. For vaccinated guests only.

That testing is not available for anyone else but the kids/unvax.

According to RLC website testing is available for vaccinated passengers only of all other options have failed so yes, you can test at terminal for $99, test results take 90 minutes.

Yes, but it's not the folk that test inside the terminal for kids/unvax - it's some separate mobile lab outside the terminal, which is not available at every port, which you must book ahead of time and which in some cases is much more than $99.

They weren't testing kids in the terminal for our San Juan cruise last month...It was in a separate mobile lab outside. And yes, any one vaxed that still needed a test could make an appointment or walk up. We had made an appt for a backup plan but didn't need it...and cancelled it day before boarding.
