I'm back at the hotel now, and I'm in for the night. I gave it a good run today. Everything didn't turn out exactly the way I'd planned, but I improvised, and it turned out pretty good. I spent about $160 on food and drinks today, and I'm not exactly full and I'm not exactly drunk. Money doesn't go too far down here, but you only live once...

I've still got a little bit of time to spend here before boarding tomorrow. I'm going to get up relatively early and take another nice walkabout before getting ready to head to the port. This will be my first time using the brand new Virgin Voyages terminal, as I utilized the old terminal F and G last time around. I hope to bring you some kind of excitement as the week progresses, and I guess we'll all find out together what happens... Until then.........

I would say you gave it one heck of an effort for an afternoon/evening jaunt! I honestly admire your sense of adventure, that's exactly how life should be!! Thanks again for taking us along.

Don’t tire yourself out early in the day. You’ve gotta stay up past 9 tomorrow night…..

After ten hours of sleep, and ten minutes of fighting with the dang coffee maker, I'm up and at 'em for cruise day! I slept pretty good with the help of my ear plugs, and had some great dreams as a bonus. I just filled out my health assessment on the Virgin Voyages app, and it's only a matter of time before I'll be "back on board"...

Then, I turned the corner, and the Scarlet Lady was right there.

Now, I'm at Bayfront Park, and I can get a better view. The passengers on board are enjoying a nice breakfast. Unlike other cruise lines, you don't have to rush out. Last time, I chose 10:45 as my debarkation time, and had a nice meal, then slowly got ready and walked right off.
