I'd venture to guess that person was in the top 2-3%  of Princess cruisers in regards to being tech savvy and having the tools needed to accomplish what she did

Good read.  Thanks for sharing.  There should be an agent assigned on each ship that does a followup with covid passengers in hotel quarantine. Or, 

instructions for the passengers during their quarantine.  I cannot imagine how some of the guests are able to navigate

their way through all of this.  Sad…

Was our similar experience on the Enchanted, and in isolation in Copenhagen.

 

We had thought that perhaps the Princess  Port Agent would occasionally contact us to see how we were doing. Our TA spent hours on hold (over 2 days) with Princess trying to change our EZAir flights home.

I bet that was an expensive stay. Things are very pricey there

Lots of key hints for me especially about taking an extra 2 weeks of meds (and undies), and the importance of having a mobile phone that works without wifi wherever you are traveling.  I need to double check our insurance for covid coverage.

what did princess cover in cost of quarantine  lodging, per diem med expenses and changes to flights if booked through princess air
