Do Kids (< 18) get Diamond Perks?

Kids do not get full benefits.  Royal did expand the kids benefits in 2019 to include some extra offers but all kids regardless of age get the same benefits.  Kids (12 and under)are only classed separately for the purpose of KSF other than that they are all kids.

Any idea at what age they get full benefits?   Is it 18 and then must be 21 for alcoholic drinks?

Not sure.  On my last cruise with my daughter who was 20 sll tje benefitsxwrre listed on her letter but we tried to get the photo and it wasn't loaded on her card.  Not sure if she got the wrong letter or if the coupons weren't properly loaded.

Two weeks ago, we were not allowed to get a picture of our grandson on his card.  We were told that he has to be 21.

Thstniscehat I suspect is correct.  Pretty sure they just screwed up and gave my daughter the wrong letter.

I am very curious about that as well. Last month in Europe, my 19 year old got full benefits including the alcoholic beverages (drinking age 18) and the picture. I was wondering whether she would still get the picture in the US

That is just not true...my kid uses her D+ voucher and receives whatever non-alcoholic drink she wants all by herself whenever she wants.

Correct.  Kids vouchers are for non alcoholic drinks.  Not just sodas.

So we are diamond.  We are taking our grandson with us on a cruise.  Will he be diamond also then?

He will not be Diamond due to traveling with you unless you are his permanent legal guardians.  If his parents are Diamond he will be Diamond too whether they are on the cruise or not.

Finally a person with a sense of humour!!!! Ok, if we're ever on the same cruise I'm buying you a drink or 2, I'll put it on the kid's cards, they usually get free drinks in the casino anyway.

I know, too many people take this stuff way to serious. Your on for the drinks, I have a 8 year old grandson who will be sailing with us who will be D+ so we can share his as well.

Do the kids have a dollar limit on drinks? Can they go make some giant expensive concoction at the smoothie bar or coffee shop? I remember folks used to try to go to Starbucks and get the most expensive drink possible when they got their free drink.

Also curious about like powerades, energy drinks and the like.
