Self-disembarkation Question

Recommended Posts

So we were given luggage tags with obviously an assigned time to depart the ship (i.e not given a choice to self-disembark). If we want to do that, do we just…leave when the self disembarkation process begins in the morning? I wasn’t sure if we needed to notify anyone of our intent.

We leave our luggage in the state room. Go have breakfast. Back to the state room. Wife gets purse out of the safe and we leave. No need to notify anyone at all.

I usually leave the stateroom door open when we are definitely gone.

Disembarkation is back to "normal". If you want to self assist, just keep your bags and walk off in the morning. For a while after restart, they required you to reserve a disembarkation time to minimize crowding and maximize social distancing. Not any more.
