FCC name change

Can I use my FCC with s different person? My SO does not want to go on any cruises and I have a FCC with my name and hers, can I get another person to use this credit?

Yes you can.  About 2 months ago Roysl started allowing a one time name change.

 There's a time limit to book under that rule.  I think you have to sail by September.  We had four reservations for our kids who canceled due to Covid restrictions.  We are still going and since I paid for them on my AMEX Royal will allow the FCC's in the kids name to be transferred to me and applied to our sailing.  But I'm sure our TA said the rule ends in September.
