Can Drink Vouchers be Used for Canned Soda

As a D+ can the vouchers be used for cans vs fountain diet soda? I want to bring some cans back to the cabin for in room drinks on the balcony when I'm ready.

Yes. Same with bottled water, bottled beer, cans of hard seltzer, etc.

 

Many people use any leftover vouchers to take back to their cabin if they have some left at the end of the night.

Yes, we’ve used one to get a can of soda.

It was not allowed on my soda package in March.  I tried.

The soda package is just fountain drinks or Freestyle.  The Refreshment package and DBP would include cans/bottles. 

 

The D/D+ vouchers are essentially a single-serving of anything the DBP covers.

We were on Liberty in Jan and Apr and Grandeur in May of this year. I used all my vouchers for canned sodas and most of my wife's vouchers for the same since she drinks mostly water. Cans were available at each bar and they also gave them to me at dinner. A few times (in the MDR) they didn't charge my card so I was able to get an extra soda.

I have a question about the soda package since I’ve never had it before. So can you get a fountain soda at the Windjammer from the servers that come around to your table? 
 

I assume you can get it in the MDR right?

 

Do all bars have the soda fountains?

Yes, yes and yes.

“Soda” package can frequently be used for cans of sodas that are obscure and only available in cans at some bars.

Yes.  We got canned sodas all the time on Symphony in June.  Just went to the bar and asked for the kind and number we wanted and were good to go.
