When does OBC show up for repriced cruises?

I had my travel agent (who probably won't be my travel agent for any more travel) reprice our B2B cruises in order to get the OBC that Celebrity was offering in the 60% off plus OBC sale. The cabin price was the same but he told me that supposedly we got $100 per person for the first cruise and $200 per person for the second cruise. However, I'm not seeing it connected to the reservations on the website or on the app. I asked him when it would show up and he said the first or second day of the cruise.

 

Has anyone had the OBC from this sale show up on their account before the cruise? I'm just not trusting him on this and I don't want to lose those OBCs. Thanks.

Should show up almost immediately on the Cruise Planner.   You should ask your TA to provide the Celebrity Guest Invoice, there is a section on that invoice which will list OBC from Celebrity.   If they won't do that get them to detail all your perks on their TA invoice (which they should do anyway) which should include Celebrity perks and anything directly from the TA.

 

Also you seem to mention this is a B2B sailing.   Did you get the B2B discount applied to each sailing?

I had a Celebrity agent reprice and she had me check for the additional OBC on my account and it was there immediately.

Celebrity OBC for price adjustments have always shown up within a day or when the agent confirmed.  If your agent had a group booking and giving you an Agent OBC then it won't show up until the cruise.

Make sure you have any extra perks (like OBC) from Celebrity in writing and take a print-out with you.   You don't want to get on the ship and discover you are missing OBC.

One of our was repriced and we received a booking confirmation with the amount right away.  It also shows up on your online account. Go to the reservation and "Plan My Cruise" The OBC available should show up there.

If it is not showing up right away ask you agent for an "Itemization of Amenities" and it will show there.
