Harbour Hotel Ocean Village

Does anyone have any views on this newish hotel?  Is it five star as promoted.

Seems a bit pricey but sounds perfect for a pre cruise one night stay.

Recommendations (or otherwise) greatly appreciated.

Yes I stayed at the Harbour Hotel in January before my last cruise - it is absolutely gorgeous and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We didn’t eat or drink there so I can’t comment on the food or drink but the rooms are lovely and the whole area it is situated in is really nice.

I’ve had Sunday lunch there last summer, fantastic views up on the roof! We had a lovely time. Couldn’t afford to stay there though 😆

Great hotel - ideal for pre cruise - food and accommodation better than anything else In Southampton - but it’s not cheap!

Stayed there once, lovely room and you get what you pay for. Didn't have dinner but had lunch on the terrace which was very good.

Sorry but a bit too expensive for me for what really is a pre cruise stopover.

I've looked at this hotel a couple of times, but ultimately end up in the Premier Inn at West Quay, because I like its proximity from the station, for a pre-dinner wander down to Mayflower Park and for a pre-cruise evening sortie downstairs to the Co-op for kettle chips or popcorn.
