The 'until then' happened on a TA from Fl to Ireland. The info was in our cabin when we boarded.

Currently on Summit and with about 1,400 Elie and above they have a note in the App that Tender Tickets will be available at 6:30 AM at the Martini Bar.

Bottom line is the priority tender perk is still a perk/benefit. Bummer for your sailing. Not our experiences and if it does happen in the future we'll adjust accordingly. No biggie.
