Liquids over 3oz in carry on luggage when boarding

Does Royal have restrictions on amount/size of carry on liquids like the airlines?  My wife is checking a bunch of makeup, hairspray, sunscreen, etc. for the plane, but would like to carry these items with her in the carry on when boarding the ship.   Is that allowed?

Lol you can also carry on 2 bottles of wine and 12 soda or water ...lots of liquid. 

 

They dont care about your wife's conditioner.

Cruising is not flying.  No TSA agents anywhere and TSA flying rules do not apply.  Liquid limits are only for flying.
