Destination Concierge vs Future Cruise Consultant?

In reviewing the deck plans, I saw separate locations for Destination Concierge and Shore excursions and then a place for Captain's Club and one for  Future Cruise Consultant. What services do each of these desks provide? To me they sound overlapping.

The Future Cruise office is where you will go to book a new cruise

The Shore Excursion Desk is where you go to book shore excursions, or cancel shore excursions previously booked

The Captain’s Club Host or Hostess works in a team with the other Concierges coordinating Captain’s Club events during the cruise.  If you have a question about Captain’s Club points, reciprocity with Royal Crown and Anchor, and the loyalty program in general, go there

if you want ti book a private tour in any port, see the Destination Concierge
