Vaccines/Boosters

Trying to make sense of the vaccination/testing information and just wanted some perspective from fellow cruisers.  If I read Royals website correctly I believe I read you do not need testing if you have had 2 doses of a vaccine or one of J and J.  No mention of boosters. 

 

So I read this as no matter when you got your first shot(s) you would be good to go.  Any clarification on that — especially from recent cruisers?  Our next trips are in November and just want to be prepared.  Thanks.  Katherine

If our vaccines or boosters are over 270 days do we need to get a current booster?

No boosters required, buy they are asking if you are booted as one of the three health status questions in the initial check in process.  

 

Are you fully vaccinated for Covid 19?

Have you received a Covid 19 Booster?

Will you be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the  sailing?

Depends on where you are sailing from. I am sailing from Barcelona and the 270 rule is in effect for a booster. If you are sailing from US, no boosters required. You can find this info on the Royal website.

No booster as of now and no testing for vaxxed as of September 5th for those US sails that do not visit Bermuda and Canada.

Cruises of ten or more nights do need a negative test.
