So I booked a cruise on Allure for January. First cruise on RCL after 15+ cruises on carnival. We purchased the insurance from RCL. How do we retrieve the insurance docs?

Just an FYI since you are new to Royal, it is RCI,  not RCL.

Nope it’s RCL.  Check your stock ticker. (RCI, is another ballgame)

The cruise line that operates the Allure is RCI for Royal Caribbean International.  The corporation that owns RCI and several other cruise lines is actually RCG (Royal Caribbean Group) but they kept the RCL stock ticker name for simplicity after the name change from RCCL.

Yeah, but old habits die hard!  And it still works.  It's just he way my brain is wired - Royal Caribbean "is"  RCCL.
