No more tests, masks, vaccinations to sail on NCl. Will Oceania be next?

I'm sure they'll follow at some point, although with O's demographic it may have a more cautious time table.

Our Oceania sailing on the 13th Oct does not have any testing or masks.  Un-vaccinated must still be tested prior to sailing as per the Oceania Sailsafe program.

I agree, it must be so tough for them, working as hard as they do.

Maybe  they will have a choice   so they can decide  to protect themselves for the PAX bringing covid & other  viruses onboard

 

I am sure  they are tired of getting sick also

Creates a dilemma. One of my restaurant customers recently had to shut down for three days, in addition to their regular closure days. All his staff was vaccinated but a nasty variant wiped out 3 of 5 waitstaff and part of the kitchen. He didn’t have enough staff to stay open.

 

I don’t want to hear crying from the anti maskers if a significant portion of the ship’s crew went down and you float around for days maybe eating only out of the Terrace. Or you come to Embark and are told you can’t because of crew Covid levels. Not enough staff.
 

For me, the ship’s crew can stay masked for awhile.

FWIW, on our recent Regatta cruise mask wearing by crew was optional on their part. I would say it was probably in the 25-30% range that were wearing them.
