No survey received

I got a survey but my husband did not after we disembarked the Solstice last month. I called Captains Club and one was then sent to his email. 
The crew works so hard and we know how important the survey is to them, so it’s worth the effort.

When I asked why only one of us got the survey I was told that couples traveling together usually have the same opinion when doing the survey so it is redundant for both to get it 

 

There have been times when.both of us got it and others only one. 
 

It seems as if we always got it the the day we got off of the ship.  When doing a B2B they gave us 30 minutes of free internet time to do it.

Had an odd thing happen on our last cruise.

 

Got the survey for the ship, but after completing that, for shorex, we were then redirected to different url that wouldn't allow for actually doing the shorex survey.  So they never did get our opinion of the shorex.
