Oosterdam magnet hooks or command hooks

Going in December and pulling the last details together. We are in a veranda room and wondering if the walls are metal so magnet hooks work or should I bring command hooks?

We used magnets successfully.  Lots of metal around the room.

I bring both especially 1 command hook and strip because I hang makeup bag in bathroom and sometimes  it more convenient to put command hook on edge of mirror

I have (and would) only used Command hooks on glass or mirrors. Any damage is charged to the pax.

My experience on this class ship is that the walls don't support magnets.  However, the doors, door jambs and the odd frame or corner are metal and will provide a spot to affix a magnet.   The ceilings are metal and work well.    Some cabins have a non-smooth coating on the walls that reduce the effectiveness of command strips.     Bring em both.    Even where most of the rooms have a certain surface, there is always the odd room that got modified or something and something may work in that particular room when it won't in others.
