Onboard Credit for Cabin Price Reduction?

I just noticed that my cabin on Independence of the Seas sailing October 24, 2022 is now about $200 cheaper than when I booked.  If I call Customer Service, can I request the price difference be put on my Onboard Credit?  Or am I just out of luck?  Thanks for any clarity you can provide!

@Ourusualbeachwill know but as far as I know that option is now gone. You can ask to upgrade if it matches a higher category but they dont let you price match after final payment.

No, there are no price reductions after the final payment date.

There was a promo to get that applied to OBC after final some months ago (I scored a 1600 on one...nice...and wearing that new watch right now 😉 ).    

 

But that promo was short lived and part of several promos during restart.  

 

Long gone now.

Adjustments (OBC) within final payment ended with sailings departing after 9/30/22.
