Kids Menu - MDR

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has a pic (from any sailing, any ship) of a kids menu from a MDR.

Our little one is very particular, and just trying to think ahead about how to plan our our meals so everyone is happy.

Try checking the app. It shows menus, including kids.  If your future cruse does not show menus,  look at a current cruise on your app to view menus.

I do not have a pic of it, but it is pretty good, and they are very open to requests.

I do recall some items.

Hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled cheese, chicken fingers, french fries, chicken noodle soup.

Kid friendly menus, though not necessarily kid-sized portions.

They also have kids dessert options: brownie, apple pie, chocolate chip cookies, and banana split (or just ice cream with strawberry or chocolate sauce).  I promise your servers will try to make them happy and they convinced my picky eater to try some regular menu items too!

If you see anything he might like on the regular menu, he can certainly have it and you can have anything you want from the kids menu.

the chicken fingers were too fancy for my 10 yo. He hated them. And they didn't have honey mustard in MDR.

He also hated spaghetti bolognese.  Pizza at Sorento was way better than in MDR. He disliked the pepperonis on MDR pizza very much. DS loves Sorento pizza.

 

He liked spaghetti marinara and grilled cheese at MDR.

See if yours likes anything from the regular menu - mine liked some things, like cheese tortellini (loved them).

On our last cruise I had the spaghetti and hamburger from the kids menu a couple of times. 

 

I also thought the best deserts on the ship was the banana split and the chocolate brownie.

From enchantment earlier this year. 

 

It's basically the same on every ship we've been on. They're good about finding something they'll eat. My little ones love cucumber sticks and usual night 2 on end up with a whole thing of them waiting for them at the table every night.
