Nieuw Amsterdam will be at pier 19 (starboard to) from 5:30am to 3pm.  She is doing a 7-day Western Caribbean cruise.

 

 

Nieuw Amsterdam is the only cruise ship in port.

We will be waving from the promenade deck around the area of the aft elevators.

We're on the same deck and had that corner cabin once . We didn't care for that floor as the connecting door between cabins eliminated the  vanity storage area . But we always like the aft view and will miss it after 5 weeks of having it from Alaska to Nassau after the NA canceled our port in Grand Turk .

We sail away on the NA 4 weeks from today.

Port schedule says 'confirmed' for 3 pm - pier 19. About 45 minutes or so from now.

IMHO the NA feels like a fuller ship.  The lido was packed when I walked through, the MDR was the busiest I've seen since the shutdown and the ludo pool looks busy.  From what I observed most staff are not wearing masks.  Masks are provided in the stateroom but are not kn95.
