On the 10 night ultimatum southern Caribbean, if I don’t purchase a wifi package, what is the log on charge in the Internet cafe, and is there free wifi in all the ports?

If you’re okay with mostly just having internet when in ports… there might be Wi-Fi in the port, and certainly somewhere in town… but it isn’t necessarily going to be convenient. 
 

I’d recommend you get a prepaid esim for international roaming from a company like US Mobile. Probably for $15 or so you can get reliable internet in all of your stops for the entire trip. 
 

as long as you have a relatively modern iPhone or android, esim is probably supported. Apple first added support with the Xs and Xr, and therefore have it with the 11,12,13, and 14 as well.

Almost all ports now have WiFi in the terminal at most ports.   Also in most towns there are usually some hotspots.

 

If you are Elite or Above you will have free minutes you can use on your device or ships computer. If you want by the Hour or By the Day (both continuous not ad hoc) 34.00 for one hours or $67.00 for one day.

 

I have T-Mobile and they have free Data in about 200 countries.   Other carriers sell day passes

Looked at the other posts you made and there Certainly is WiFi in each port.  You might need to go into town a bit for good service. 

Check with your carrier for a package deal.  ATT has an inexpensive travel package.  TMobile has free wifi and data in all ports you willvisit.

Ask your room steward or most any crew member.  If there is free WiFi available they will know where it is.

 

My experience has been most bars and or restaurants around the cruise port offer free WiFi with purchases.  Look for the signs.

They only offer one service by the hour and it is Premium.   The same for your Elite and above Minutes
