Why aren't there any pictures of staterooms on the Luminosa

I know it was a quick turn around, but still.  If she is sailing, shouldn't there be photos of the different stateroom levels? We are booked on #6202 out of Brisbane.  Not leaving until Feb 2024 so I have lots of time.  I'm still curious though.

If you Google Costa Luminosa cabin photos and/or videos you find lots of stuff. Here's one video. Just remember many of the public spaces have been changed. But the rooms will be exactly the same. Note the nice TV and USB ports in the night stands.

If you go to Costa on cruisedeckplans they still list Luminosa, and there are a few pictures and guess what…they look just like Carnival cabins, with perhaps a tiny bit less orange.  EM

Thank you.  So what would you think if you booked cabin 6202 as a free balcony deal, not a free suite. Did I just get lucky? I am afraid to ask carnival too many questions.  Here are the deck plans from another post that Crimpy posted.

Yup, you lucked out. Your cabin is a junior suite. We had similar good luck with the Luminosa TO Brisbane next September and got a spa cabin comped from the casino.

Congrats on that! Thats awesome! When you look at the deck plus, 6202 is called a panoramic suite.  I think carnival must have built a wall to make it a smaller balcony though.

Yes, agreed! I can't believe I'm booking this cruise "blind" No pics on Carnival website,

or Cruisedeckplans, under Carnival (not Costa) and still no pics of cabins, pool(s)

 common spaces, etc. Crazy! Hurry and post!!

Or search for old Costa Luminosa pictures/videos.  I don't think Carnival changed much, especially in the rooms.

They just wire brushed "COSTA" off the side of the ship and added Effy jewelry. The cabins didn't really change.
