Hello: I am new to Princess and read Vines has food available for a charge. Is this still a thing post restart or has that offering been cut back?

Some of the Vines bars do serve tapas.  There has been no charge if you purchase a drink there.   
Not all Vines offer this.

I was on the recent Sky Princess TA and no tapas available/offered in Vines.  That was a disappointment.

no tapas on CB over Thanksgiving - but it's an easy walk to the IC to pick something up and bring back.

On the regal princess I ordered a glass of wine and the waitress also brought a little plate with an assortment of cheeses. The international cafe is very close if you prefer something more substantial

They pretty much have stop the tapas post-C19.  As stated above you can put together a nice little plate from the I-Cafe right next door.

On the Ruby last week Vines had both tapas and sushi available whenever they were open. Free with any glass of wine and they even offered seconds. Edwin and Abraham were great at suggesting wines within the plan. The menu doe not always show all wines

We were there as well and Suman made the tapas.  Yummmm

Yes. And you can get wine flights with a drink package.

Yes that is true, but on CB they Kitchen folks would bring them to Vines.

Ruby has definitely brought back sushi and tapas, and everyone is right about Edwin and Abraham.
