Royal Up website won’t load

Trying to check to see if I can pull up my reservation on the Royal Up site and it won’t load….is it me or is it them lol. I put in my info and it just spins.

Same for me.  I'm wondering if it doesn't load until you get closer to the actual cruise date....

This just worked for me.  Feb 5 cruise.  A couple weeks ago it just spun for me too.

Still just keeps spinning.  Tried clearing my cache still not working

I assume if you get the eternal spin that means for whatever reason your cruise isn't eligible for an upgrade or it's too early.

 

I can get in just fine and review the options for my cruise later this month

Just checked it and it's working for me.  Put in a minimum bit to upgrade to Owners Suite.

I tried for ours (knowing we were way out so unlikely to be able to yet) and also just get the spinning wheel. Out of interest does anyone know how early they’re normally out? I can’t remember when we bid for our 2021 cruise

Works fine for me for Casino comp cruises, but if I try it on cruises booked by a big box TA that rhymes with Frostco, it hangs -- because that TA doesn't support Royal Up.

 

Make sure your TA supports Royal Up or it will hang and spin.

So I just tried to log in and it now says to be sure your cruise is within 30 days, which mine is not quite yet.

Same here. I have never seen that before, I always had the spinning wheel.
