Cunard website…invoice/account?!

I’ve spent an hour trying to locate our basic info about what we’ve paid, what we owe and by when, and what on board benefit we have. The website is driving me nuts! We also have no email with a pdf or link to the information. What am I missing? It’s always been difficult, but this time I cannot find the information anywhere. Can anyone help?

I filled out the email form on Cunard’s site and requested the statement. I admit to being shocked to have received a reply with the required pdf attached! Now, if we can just get them to add the complimentary specialty dining they told us would be included…

complimentary specialist dining? Sounds like that is a benefit from your Travel agent, I have never heard of that from Cunard. Perhaps you are better to look for a statement from them if you are going through one. If I need to find what's left owing on a particular voyage I look for their Booking Email which states all particulars.

Cunard's current US promotion "Explore with More" includes one night's specialty dining - I think that offer ends 2 January.

We don’t use a travel agent, so that dining benefit was from Cunard. We’ll deal with them in the phone, thanks.,

Specialty dining was an offer for US cruisers plus at one point Cunard was also offering gratuities and on-board credit.

Current Cunard Promo in the US for many 2023 and 2024 cruises is Rate Code N1A

Paid Grats, Speciality Dining , OBC and Reduced Deposits.

wow, knock me over and call me Mary,  that's an offer I have never seen down here in our region, quite a benefit, if its unlimited it would negate booking Club,  Thanks for the heads up....

The way I read the offer was one night in Veranda or 2 nights in the specialty dining in the Lido.

thanks, that sounds a bit more reasonable and amounts to about $50 worth.

Except for a very brief period a few years ago, that information has never been available to US customers on a Cunard website.

 Specialty Dining: Guests sailing on voyages between 7 and 20
nights in length will have the option to receive 1 dinner at the
Steakhouse or 2 dinners at the Lido / Kings Court Alternative

I downloaded a copy of the 'terms and conditions' for the current offer(s) - October 2024 is a good ways away, and many things may be forgotten or changed by then.
