Where can I see my Shareholders Benefit in my booking?

on top click on Booking and order details and then click on View Invoice details. the onboard credit is listed on that page

it can also be found in the print documents page by printing the general information. it is on page 2

both pages will show you the total onboard credit you have in your booking. if you have onboard credit from a promo, you will need do some math to make sure everything adds up correctly

First time sailing on Carnival since purchasing CCL stock.  I've looked everywhere I can think of...but I admit I am not familiar with Carnival's online system!

Probably a dumb question , but did you submit the information to Carnival? They don't magically know you own stock.

Many thanks!  Should credits appear even though it is before final payment?  I'm not seeing anything on that page...

Did you include an email address with your request?  Did you get an email acknowledgment?  How long ago did you submit?

yes

when you submit your request you will get two emails: 1)an auto reply confirmation that they received your email and anywhere from a few days to a few weeks you will get  2nd email with a response back saying they added the benefit to your booking

it took them about 3 business days to approve my request

The main thing is...now I know where to look!  Thanks everybody!

When I have submitted a shareholder OBC request, it has taken a couple of weeks for the second confirmation email to be received, a little bit of patience is required.

The OBC will be included with all other OBC's for your cruise, it will not be broken out as a separate line item.  So, as an example, if you have a $200 OBC given at time of booking, you should be able to check your invoice page in the "Print my Documents" file and on page 2 you will see the $200 OBC.  That number will increase to $300 once your shareholder OBC is approved.

We just became shareholders a few weeks ago and applied for the credit for our upcoming cruise in April. We received a canned acknowledgement and then a week or so later an email confirming that the credit had been applied. The credit has already been used to help pay for our shore excursions.
