gmccool Posted January 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2023 We are planning a Holland America cruise and our Cruise Consultant no longer works for HAL 😞 We are planning on taking a Mediterranean Cruise this spring and there are a few upgrades and discounts on that end soon that we would like some information on. If you could make a recommendation on an experienced agent it would be greatly appreciated!
Cruise Suzy Posted January 5, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2023 Welcome to Cruise Critic. Unfortunately, Cruise Critic does not allow recommending a travel consultant.

Recommending travel agents/agencies, cruise line vacation planners, etc. is prohibited. EM 2

If you have received any email from HAL you should see your newly assigned cruise consultant within the text. Alternatively, you can call the main reservations number and ask to be assigned one. Word of mouth when you’re onboard is also a good way to get recommendations. Good luck!

jonesbk Posted January 5, 2023 #6 Share Posted January 5, 2023 You can also request one on Holland’s website (I did, our first cruise with HAL will be in March). It’s probably the luck of the draw, but I guess I got lucky and was assigned one who is very responsive and knowledgeable. Sorry we can’t mention names, etc…
