I dialed 305-468-2339, which does ring to NCLH.  There is an actual option for shareholder benefit on the phone tree, but honestly I think it just dumped into the regular NCL customer service queue.  I did call about 7:30 or 8 at night, so it's possible that office was really closed so it just forwarded me to regular customer service

NCL has stopped most, if not all, outside access to anything but the NCL customer service.  According to the person who answered the customer service number.

I wish they would funnel the CAS calls to customer service.  The wait times on that number are incredible

If I reached embarkation date, and still nothing, I would pack a copy of my email submission, the automated case number NCL response, the request form and my brokerage statement.  I would present it at guest services and ask for the $100 OBC.  You never know what might work. 😎

Well, I guess I am going to try this route, as I haven't yet received the $100 in my account.  I sent an email three times over the past 4 weeks, including another one today (I guess maybe resending it hurt me?).  We leave tomorrow on the Escape.

Moral of the story, I should have sent it a few months ago.

and I got that number from the NCL holdings website, https://www.nclhltd.com/contact

Me too.  That's the number I called, and I fully agree - they take the shareholder option and dump it right into customer service.  it's the luck of the draw as to whether the rep knows about this stuff or is totally clueless.  I got one clueless one, and one who knew a little but couldn't help me.

I submitted my paperwork on Dec 29, 2022.  Received the automated email response.  Still hadn't heard anything or seen the OBC added to my account by January 10th.  I called and was told I had to talk to my PCC. Spoke to the PCC  on the 10th and sent her the same information that I sent in on 12/29.  Checked with her today, she followed up with her supervisor and now finally the OBC shows up on our account.  Our cruise leaves next Monday.

Just received my 100$ onboard spending, i have received a reply email and the amount is showing in my Vacation Summary page (showing underneat disembarkation date and also showing in vacation add-on (2x50)).

I submitted my request on January 3rd and got the credit on January 13th... so exactly 10 days later.  I only submitted by email once and never sent another email nor call...

Thanks.  Today is day 7 for me, but my cruise isn't until April.  From you and others posts, I should see it within the next week.  If February rolls around, I'll start to worry

I sent my request in 5 times, every 4 days.  I was sending the info as a file.  I was told to copy and paste the info into my email on the next try.  Lo and behold, that worked.  After I copy and paste, I got an approval in two days.  could be coincidence.

That doesn't make any sense.  How can we paste a signed form into an email?

Well, I just took a screenshot of my form and of my statement, pasted them into the email AND sent them as attached files. This is try number 3 for me so we shall see. Frustrating 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I don't know if can explain it, but I will try.  I took the file out of my documents and put them onto my desk top, then I dragged it into the email ( instead of just clicking onto the file in my documents).   Im not too computer savvy, but I'm pretty sure that's what I did.

Maybe they cannot open the files you are sending ( jpeg, gif or whatever the those files are called).

I submitted mine for a cruise on 12/30 about three weeks ahead of time.  I submitted only by mail.

I did not receive the credit nor any notification or communication.  Emails to the site after the fact have not been returned other than the automated notification.

Good luck with yours.  I hope you receive it.

Okay, that makes sense.  Pasting an image into a rich email (no, I'm not sure what term is correct) may be "better" than attaching a .pdf file.  I mean, it's not like everybody in the world has access to that free acrobat reader software that has been in universal use for three decades....🤣  But seriously, I think NCL is just behind because of holidays/cutbacks/etc.

ETA: I did provide you some additional information at that "other" site.  🐀

Here's hoping you are correct. I have a while yet before I cruise in April, so there's that. Oh, I also tried that alternative you mentioned on 🐀. and got a response back telling me to try the shareholder email. LOL😂

It's easier for some than others.  I have a dual monitor setup with my desktop PC - one in usual landscape mode, widescreen format and the other swing 90 degree (sideway) or portrait mode (as if you are looking at a full letter size page, word processing mode) - you then do a PrintScreen command (PC & Chromebook) - paste into a graphics app, edit, trim & save as a graphics file (most commonly, as *.JPG format)

Once that's ready, it's easy to "insert" into email and sent or submit, no attachements and/or you can still include the SH statement and request form together as well. Done & wait for the acknowledgement.

Let's just hope that NCLH isn't going to temporary suspend this valuable giveaway benefits, despite its "enhanced" restrictive use onboard.

If they do that they will shoot themselves in the foot!  How many people will dump their shares if the OBC is not a perk?

What's so "restrictive" on board.... it's only non-refundable right... so you can't use for casino.... but you can still use for restaurants, drinks, deal or no deal, shopping, etc....

I submitted 3 requests for 04/23, 11/23 and 11/23 on January 5th.  I will keep an eye out and hopefully be able to provide a data point or two...

All 3 requests were filled on 01/16 so 11 days.  All 3 requests were confirmed with an email.  The request for 04/23 was the only one that generated an updated amenity statement.
