Which restaurants are open for lunch on embarkation day on Apex?

Which restaurants are open for lunch on embarkation day on Apex?  We are in Aqua class if that matters.

It doesn’t matter if you are in AQ.    There is nothing special for AQ passengers.   
 

The buffet, maybe the Spa cafe, Mast grill and Eden Cafe,    The sushi restaurant maybe also be open but  there is a charge.  
 

The Martini bar serves olives and  Cafe al Bacio has pastries.

Aqua has a dedicated restaurant blu , like suites have Luminae.

But Blu is never, never, never open for Lunch.  Breakfast and Dinner only,

I don’t believe Eden Cafe is open embarkation day, it wasn’t in April last year.  I have read several reports it isn’t open.

Eden Cafe was only open on sea days on our November 2022 Apex sailing. We had lunch in Le Bistro, but there was a $30 pp cover charge.

On other ships they have the MDR open for Concierge, B2B and Zenith for embarkation lunch.   Maybe someone can confirm if Apex also offers this.
