Should be no problem, especially if factory labeled.

As far as the extra typing goes, I figured I could go for it and then only hope...lol.

Either way should work, though you could have an earlier in person chance to explain should it be questioned at the carry on screening.
Rare crewsweeper Posted January 9, 2023 #5 Share Posted January 9, 2023 If you have individual pouches, they're easiest to carry on or put in checked luggage. But larger containers would work if you have room to pack. Only issue you may have, outside of spillage, is if you try to take the container on shore with you at a port.
Woodmnky Posted January 9, 2023 #6 Share Posted January 9, 2023 We also need to bring these on-board. I pack a rolling carry on with those, my soft drinks, and bottled wine. This exceeds the carry-on drink allowance, but we have never been questioned.
Rare Ferry_Watcher Posted January 9, 2023 #7 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Security folks are looking for weapons, alcohol, and banned electrical appliances that can cause fires. They don't care about powdered supplement packets/containers. If it is cans, they probably will want to look at it more closely.

Rare 1025cruise Posted January 9, 2023 #9 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Are you bringing powder or premade? If premade, you have the same restrictions as carrying on soda/etc. If there is a medical reason you need these, you should contact the access desk, which can give you permission to bring on what you need. These should be in your carry on.
Cruiser_1977 Posted January 9, 2023 #10 Share Posted January 9, 2023 (edited) I once measured out my daily protein powder (I buy in the big tubs) into sandwich baggies. Which I labeled then rolled up and put into a shaker cup. I put this into my checked bag. Had no issues with the protein or my other supplements. I am going to put them in my carry on to prevent man-handling LOL
mac66 Posted January 9, 2023 #12 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Actually it's really no problem if everyone in your party brings some. They don't really connect the passengers to one another.
